Another Duke Evett Victory!
Keely Duke recently won Summary Judgment for her client, an Idaho attorney, on a case for legal malpractice. Through its Motion for Summary Judgment briefing and evidence, Keely was able to demonstrate that the former client failed to establish that the alleged breach caused any damage. After oral argument on the Motion, the Idaho District Judge dismissed the case from the bench. Congrats, Keely.
