Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Win for Duke Evett!

Keely Duke recently won an appeal in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on a case for legal malpractice. Through extensive briefing, Keely was able to show the Court of Appeals that the former client failed to establish an alleged breach of any duty. The Ninth Circuit denied the former client’s requests and motions. Congrats, Duke Evett Team!
