Duke Evett wins case against franchisor!
Duke Evett is proud to announce its successful defense of a national pizza franchisor in a high value personal injury case in the 4th Judicial District. The district court dismissed plaintiff’s case against the franchisor primarily because the franchisor had no day-to-day control over its franchisee. Handling this case for Duke Evett are Josh Evett and Molly Mitchell. Congrats, Team Duke Evett!
