Dismissal Victory for DE — Great job, Christina and Chesney!

On April 29, 2024, Christina Hesse and Chesney Arend secured the dismissal of their client in an Eighth Amendment Civil Rights case. In filings seeking dismissal, Duke Evett asserted that the plaintiff, contrary to the claims, had not been subjected to deliberate indifference, and had failed to exhaust available administrative remedies.
