Jessica L. Heitzinger joins Duke Evett, PLLC as an associate attorney focusing on civil litigation. She recently completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Justice Robyn M. Brody of the Idaho Supreme Court. During her clerkship, Jessica developed strong skills in issue framing, persuasive legal analysis, and clear, concise legal writing. She gained extensive experience reviewing large trial and administrative records, evaluating complex evidentiary materials—including expert testimony—researching issues of first impression, and synthesizing both state and federal legal authority to assist the Court in its decision-making.
