Christina Hesse Appointed to American Health Law Association Leadership Role

Christina Hesse, Partner at Duke Evett, PLLC, has been appointed to serve as Vice Chair for the Medical Staff, Credentialing, and Peer Review Practice (MSCPR) Group of the American Health Law Association (AHLA), effective July 1, 2026.

AHLA is the nation’s largest nonpartisan educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field, serving more than 12,000 members nationwide. The MSPCR Group provides a forum for those who represent and advise individual health care professionals, the collective medical or professional staff, and/or the health care entities with issues related to the organization and operations of medical and professional staff in health care entities and organizations. In this volunteer leadership role, she will help shape AHLA’s educational programming and member engagement efforts.

Christina is honored to serve the MSCPR and collaborate alongside an exceptional community of colleagues. This new role highlights her commitment to serving the health care community as a trusted attorney advisor on peer-review, credentialing, and other medical staff issues facing individuals and organizations.
