Keely E. Duke and Joshua S. Evett are pleased to announce the launch of their new legal firm – Duke Evett, PLLC. The founding members are excited to pursue success for their clients with the help of their team of dedicated and experienced trial attorneys.
The firm is committed to representing healthcare facilities, medical professionals, attorneys, realtors, and other professional liability insureds, as well as international, national, and local companies in legal disputes across the great state of Idaho.
The partners and associate attorneys are passionate about defending clients and will employ key strategies such as evaluating and budgeting cases early; keeping clients well-informed; staffing cases efficiently; and, implementing advanced legal technology to fight “tooth and nail” for them. These strategies will keep our clients well apprised, help manage the cost of litigation and help us win – and, as our opponents know, we will win.
