Ada County Court Dismisses Real Estate Case
After two years of litigation representing a property seller over alleged defects in the roof and HVAC system of a large Boise luxury home, Duke Evett persuaded an Ada County district judge to dismiss the case in its entirety. The district court also awarded approximately $37.000.00 in attorney fees to Duke Evett’s client. Congrats, Duke Evett!
