Kyle B. Mandeville

Partner

Kyle Mandeville focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and construction litigation. He has represented business clients and individuals in both federal and state courts in a wide range of civil lawsuits, including construction disputes, franchisor/franchisee disputes, contests over oil and gas rights, landlord/tenant disputes, enforcement of creditors’ rights, partnership disputes, claims against corporate officers and directors, and protection of client rights in trade secrets and confidential data. Kyle has successfully tried cases to verdict as first chair in both Texas and Idaho and has also obtained dismissals, summary judgments, and large settlements for his clients. He also assists clients in a variety of construction and real property-related consultations, including preparing and filing mechanic’s liens, evaluating easements, and pre-litigation negotiations and work-outs.

Kyle joined the firm in January 2024 after practicing for 15 years at a respected, established law firm in Dallas, Texas. He became a shareholder in his prior firm in 2018 and was named a partner in Duke Evett in 2025.
