Samir Dizdarevic-Miller
Attorney
Born in Bosnia and raised in Meridian, Idaho, Samir Dizdarevic-Miller graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law as a first-generational higher education student in 2020. Immediately after law school, Samir clerked for the Honorable Judge George B. Fearing of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III in Spokane, Washington. Following his clerkship, Samir began his career as a private litigator, spending three years at a Spokane-based, mid-sized law firm, where he focused on commercial disputes, personal injury, employment law, municipal law, medical malpractice, appeals, and criminal defense.
Samir returned home to the Treasure Valley in 2025, where he joined Duke Evett in September 2025 as an associate attorney focusing on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and other complex litigation matters.
Outside of work, Samir enjoys spending time with his wife, Katylynn, a family medicine doctor, hiking, swimming, watching movies, and loving on their young daughter. Samir is an automotive enthusiast who shows his modified cars at various events. Samir and his daughter also spend countless hours and evenings sharing their passion for LEGO.
