Jessica L. Heitzinger
Attorney
Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, raised in the Portland, Oregon, area, and residing in Idaho since 2005, Jessica is a proud Pacific Northwesterner. Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2023. While in law school, Jessica interned under the Honorable Magistrate Judge Candy Dale of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. She also enjoyed a summer in Chicago advocating for disability rights and ensuring that tenants had reasonable accommodations in their housing.
Immediately after law school, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Justice Robyn M. Brody of the Idaho Supreme Court for two and a half years. Before law school, Jessica obtained a Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology and spent years working with students of all ages in the public schools.
When not working, Jessica enjoys reading, attending local concerts with her daughter, and traveling. She is an avid baker whose “Lady Lib-berry” Donut won the 2018 Boise Guru Donut shop competition, raising funds for the International Rescue Committee.
