Sean M. Falconer

Associate

Born and raised in North Dakota, Sean and his wife moved to Boise, sight unseen, in December 2009. They liked it so much they stayed and decided to raise a family here. Sean graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024. Immediately after law school, Sean clerked for the Honorable Judge David W. Gratton of the Idaho Court of Appeals, in Boise, Idaho.

Sean joined Duke Evett in April 2026 as an associate attorney. Prior to law school, Sean obtained a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and he spent years teaching at Boise State University in the Criminal Justice Department and working for the State of Idaho.

When not working (or chauffeuring his children around), Sean enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children, watching or participating in sports, attending concerts, and golfing.
