Andrew Masser

Attorney

Andrew Masser was born in Norfolk, VA, and has called Idaho home since 1996. After earning his undergraduate degree from Pomona College, he pursued his law degree at UC Davis School of Law, where he was recognized for academic excellence with the prestigious Witkin Award in health care law and medical liability.

Andrew’s legal career spans both public and private sectors, including roles as a public defender, a private criminal defense attorney, an analyst for a state regulatory agency, and, most recently, a civil defense litigator at a boutique litigation firm in Boise. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, notably representing a defendant in a complex federal case involving over 1.3 million documents and 70 terabytes of data—culminating in a 10-week jury trial. Andrew brings a wealth of experience and sharp litigation skills to Duke Evett.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys carving down the slopes of Brundage, playing rock music (albeit poorly) in a garage band, and passionately supporting Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
