Katie S. Fortuna

Attorney

Born and raised in Oregon, Katie S. Fortuna graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2021. During law school, Katie was the Executive Editor of the Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal and worked as an intern for the FACES of Hope Victim Center, providing legal assistance to survivors of domestic abuse. In 2020, she was also selected to represent the College of Law in the National Moot Court competition.

Prior to joining Duke Evett, Katie worked as a Criminal Deputy Prosecutor for two and half years. As a Deputy Prosecutor, she diligently prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases, allowing her to try over forty jury trials.

In her spare time, Katie can be found in her favorite fly-fishing hole along the Boise River, backpacking with her dogs, or mountain biking in the foothills.
