Another Summary Judgment Victory for Duke Evett!

Keely Duke recently won a summary judgment for a large commercial client against claims of breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and a host of alleged statutory violations. Through its Motion for Summary Judgment briefing and evidence, Keely was able to demonstrate that Plaintiffs had failed to show that our client was involved in the transaction at issue in the case. The state district judge agreed and dismissed Duke Evett’s client entirely from the case.
