Congrats to Josh Evett!

On behalf of two local real estate companies, Josh Evett and his team at Duke Evett succeeded in convincing the district court to dismiss plaintiff’s case and award attorney fees and costs. Plaintiff claimed it was unaware of zoning restrictions on a residential property it bought for a commercial purpose, even though there was evidence that Plaintiff’s intention was to start the project before neighbors had a chance to object. The district court agreed that plaintiff did not have a case and dismissed it. Great job, Josh and team!
