Ninth Circuit Victory for Duke Evett

Molly Mitchell successfully argued in front of the Ninth Circuit, with the appellate court affirming the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Duke Evett’s client in an insurance coverage dispute. Early in the litigation, Duke Evett persuaded the district court to dismiss the case in its entirety. The opposing party appealed to the Ninth Circuit, and the court agreed that the case had been properly dismissed. Congrats, Duke Evett!
