Duke Evett Wins Oregon Case

In a case where plaintiffs sought $4.5 million dollars in damages, Josh Evett and Madison Basterrechea convinced a Malheur County, Oregon jury that their client was not at fault and owed plaintiffs nothing.  Plaintiffs claimed that Duke Evett’s client, an Idaho brand inspector, ruined their cattle operation by investigating them.  Congrats, Team DE!
